The Sign-up Process
How to Register as a Volunteer
1 / Send in the Inquiry Form Below
When you fill out the form below, it goes directly to our volunteer department. Within a few business days an employee from our volunteer department will reach out via email to provide you with forms and confirm your participation.
Please check your spam and junk mail for replies, as sometimes they may get mislabeled.
We also ask that you use your own email for sign-ups and ensure that they get checked regularly to prevent missed communications.
2 / Confirmation & Role Assignment
After returning your waivers, you will be confirmed as a volunteer and assigned a volunteer role for the event (if there are multiple roles to fill).
If you do not return your waiver and confirm attendance by the deadline, you will not be considered signed up for the event and will not be expected by our staff. Please ensure that the waiver is returned so that schedules and attendance can be properly communicated to all staff involved.
3 / Lead-up & Day-Of
You will receive further communications close to the date of the event going over important information such as: where to meet, what to bring, and event specific information regarding the day.
On the day of the event, volunteers will meet at the assigned location, sign in, provide any additional paperwork such as school hour forms (pre-filled with names and our information), and be given their instructions for the day.
