Here's What You Need to Know
Treat your class (and yourself) to a day out of the classroom! A change of scenery is always appreciated by all.

Our curriculum based programmes are balanced with exploration and fun activities - meaning your class will be enthusiastic and more receptive to learning opportunities.
Curriculum and Discovery
Cover what you're required to by the curriculum in a fun, outside-the-box way. Learn about how our education programmes link to the Ontario curriculum.
Explore over 30 exhibit buildings with your children, and see their amazement of the changes that have taken place over the last two centuries.
Learn about our historical buildings and displays.
Lunch Facilities
Students should bring nut-free and waste-free lunches which they will enjoy in the assigned indoor or outdoor eating areas.
Weather Policy
Students spend the majority of their time outdoors, so it is highly recommended to dress appropriately for the trip.
*Please note that it is often cooler here than in town, so an extra layer is always a good idea.

Payment &
Cancellation
The cost of the program is $20.00 per child (tax exempt), or a minimum fee of $400.00 for groups with fewer than 20 students. For every 10 students, your group will receive one complimentary adult admission. Please note that Educational Assistants (EAs) and support workers are not included in this ratio, as they are admitted as part of their support role.

Payment by cash, cheque, credit card or
e-transfer. Cheques must be payable to Country Heritage Park.

Cancellation Period: Except in cases of inclement weather, all cancellations made less than one week prior to the scheduled trip will incur a flat cancellation fee of $100.00.
