Suitable for Grades 1 to 5  


Celebrate the season with the Winter Solstice & Holiday Traditions program at Country Heritage Park, an agricultural society dedicated to heritage and inclusivity. Students explore how settler, Indigenous, and newcomer families celebrated winter through food, storytelling, and crafts, reflecting on both differences and shared traditions. This seasonal highlight blends heritage, diversity, and curriculum connections while fostering respect for many cultural perspectives. 

Availability: November 17th to December 19th 

Cost: $20 per student (tax exempt), plus $5 per student for supplies 

Booking Minimum: 20 students 

Booking Max: 100 students
