Country Heritage Park (CHP) and Planet Kids have teamed up to offer 2 excellent camp program that combines outdoor recreation with conventional farm activities, providing children the opportunity to try new and interesting things while gaining an appreciation of how things have evolved through hard work and ingenuity. Campers will explore the 80 acre facility, which includes 30 exhibit buildings, to learn about country farming life through fun, hands-on activities and the guidance of knowledgeable and well-trained staff. Campers will participate in farm chores, make butter or ice cream, meet farm animals, learn how to spin wool into yarn, and enjoy other recreational activities throughout the week including swimming, games, crafts, boating, and more.
