With over 30 exhibit buildings and 20,000 artifacts, this 80 acre park offers:

MISSION
Country Heritage Experience Inc., (CHE) is a not-for-profit corporation established to operate and manage a public attraction which preserves the history and showcases the evolution of rural life and food production in Ontario (past, present and future) through living history, interactive exhibits and special events.
VISION
Country Heritage Experience Inc., will provide an opportunity for the public to gain a better understanding and appreciation of the role agriculture plays in society. People will be able to explore the evolution of rural Ontario through an imaginative blend of ever-improving educational programs, events, interactive exhibits, living history, performances and recreation. Creative partnerships will be forged and compatible business opportunities will be pursued in a continual effort to create a self-sufficient rural life heritage centre.
OBJECTIVES
1. To create a world class agriculture and rural life centre while maintaining and developing a collection of agricultural artifacts, archives, historical buildings and exhibits of the former Ontario Agricultural Museum site to professional standards for a living history museum.
2. To operate and manage a rural life heritage centre on a financially sustainable basis.
3. To enhance public awareness and understanding of the evolution of agriculture and rural life in Ontario through expanding programs, events, interactive exhibits, living history, performances and recreation.
4. To market the facility successfully through structured marketing programs and by creating a strong customer orientation in all facets of the operation.
5. To develop partnerships, sponsorships and a dynamic volunteer program that will enhance the attraction and strengthen the financial viability of the centre.
